The current solution to make power and data available in the chair was expensive and cumbersome. Every part was laser cut, formed, and welded; very expensive. With an in house team of engineers and myself, we designed a system that is fully modular, aesthetically in line with our brands VBL, and a much lower cost. Perhaps the most impressive feature is our available market for the UPS; it is backwards compatible with over 60 years of seating.
